Ingredients
- Chicken leg ................. 1pcs clean and take the bone out
- Bok choy ................. 3pcs cut into long
- Lemon grass slice ................. 2pcs
- Kaffir lime leave ................. 1pcs chopped
- Galangal ................. 4 slice
- Turmeric root ................. ½ pcs peeled and sliced
- Finger root ................. ½ pcs peeled and slice
- Roast peanut ................. ½ table spoon
- Salt ................. ½ tea spoon
- Sugar ................. ½ tea spoon
- Oyster sauce ................. 1 table spoon
- Coconut cream ................. 2 table spoon
- Garlic ................. 2 pcs
- Shallot ................. 2 pcs


How to cook :
lemon grass, kaffir leaf, turmeric, galangal muss or blend in the machine blend already put garlic and shallot then take mix with chicken, 1 spoon of coconut milk, 2 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 coffee spoon of chicken powder, 1 spoon of pea nut keep 5 minutes. 
Put 2 spoon of olive oil then chicken 10 minutes cover then change. 
fry bok choy: 1 spoon of olive oil, ½ garlic, ½ brown sugar, 1 spoon fish sauce, put bok choy stir change put 2 ladle of water, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, ½ coffee spoon of chicken powder, ½ coffee spoon of black pepper, ½ coffee spoon of corn powder with water. 
Put bok choy on the bottom and chicken on the top and serves.
