Ingredients
- Pork cut thin slice
- ½ pine apple peel the skin and cut thin slice
- ¼ winter melon peel the skin cut long
Lemon grass paste:
- 1 galangal cut thin slice
- 2 garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 lemon grass
- 1 kaffir lime leave
- 1 turmeric
All cut thin slice
(lemon grass, kaffir lime leave, galangal muss then put 1 turmeric, 1 shallot, and garlic)


How to cook :
Put pine apple keep stir 2minutes, 1 ladle of coconut milk, and lemon grass paste, pork and cumcumber then 2 or 3 ladle of water, 1 spoon of tamarind, 1 ladle of coconut milk, 1 spoon of fish sauce, 1 coffee spoon of chicken powder then put hot basil or sweet basil if would like.
